Shipping Policy

At Hair Society, we aim to process and ship all orders placed during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday) within 24-48 hours.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PT, Monday through Friday, will typically be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT on Friday, as well as any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and shipped on Monday.

All orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Hair Society is not liable for shipping delays caused by postal services, courier companies, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues. Additionally, Hair Society is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier.
