Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all returns must meet the following requirements:

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at josh@hairsociety.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

At this time, Hair Society does not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you may return the eligible product and place a new order for the desired item.
